I noticed recently that I have a ton of blue and purple hued skincare. Often times blue or purple ingredients have calming properties.  Popular examples include blue tansy, blue chamomile and indigo. I have quite sensitive skin & struggle with eczema so I guess I just gravitate towards these soothing products. Blurple (blue/purple) tones are actually some of my favorite colors so I’m not complaining! Read more for some of my favorites: View Post

YoDerm Review: My Experience With An Online Dermatologist , YoDerm, YoDerm Review, Online Dermatologist

I’ve mentioned this a few times in the past but lately, my skin has been terrible. I suffer from acne on my face and have dealt with eczema on my body since I was a baby. I’ve seen a dermatologist maybe two or three times in my life but never consistently. I wanted to go to a dermatologist because my eczema was getting out of control but the one I’ve gone to in the past was in New Jersey and right now I go to school and work in New York City. It’s annoying to have to go back to NJ (almost 4 hours round-trip) just for a 15 minute appointment. I was about to book an appointment with my normal dermatologist when YoDerm reached out and offered me a free consultation in exchange for an honest review. The concept of an online dermatologist was intriguing and extremely convenient so I decided to try it out. Read more for my YoDerm review + experience! View Post
