Out of the 22 years of my life, 2017 has been the craziest. It’s been filled with some of my biggest life changes so far. I just got my wisdom teeth removed so sadly I’m in bed recovering instead of out celebrating the new year in NYC but I must say, it’s been nice to just relax and take some time to reflect. This is my absolute favorite time of the year. I LOVE FALL!!! The weather, the crisp leaves, the smell of the air, pumpkins, cider donuts, hiking, everything. I had been telling all of my friends how much I’ve wanted to take a trip to a farm this month and was beyond ecstatic when I received an invitation from Seed Phytonutrients to attend a fall harvest event at Shiloh Farms!

September Goals, Flowers, Rose Flower Arrangement, Tammy Fender

Last month, I tried a new thing where I set monthly personal, wellness, business + blog goals. I did a couple month/season focused bucket lists in the past but wanted to have something more actionable in order to hold myself accountable.
